Location is ideal, just steps from Times Square. The happy hour with bottomless wine is a nice touch. Rooms were smaller than expected, and the bathroom felt cramped. a decent stay for those wanting to explore the area.

The AC blasted right at the bed, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. Plus, the staff seemed indifferent, making check-in feel more like a chore than a welcoming experience. Just not what I expected.

Fabulous location for Broadway lovers—restaurants and theaters are just steps away. The signature room was clean but felt cramped; the outdated decor and noisy heater made sleep a challenge. Breakfast was a letdown—two coupons for three people is misleading. The grab-and-go style didn’t meet expectations. It’s a good choice for theater-goers, but be prepared for some inconveniences. Would return for the location, but wouldn’t count on the amenities being great.

The heating in the room was functioning well, but unfortunately, the air conditioning unit was not working properly, and the temperature inside the room was quite warm despite it being hot outside. I was disappointed to find that there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room, which is something I usually look forward to in the morning. the grab & go breakfast provided was not up to par, and I would have preferred a more substantial breakfast offering. the hotel's location was excellent, and it was convenient to reach from upstate NY. The historical charm of the hotel was evident in the dated yet clean rooms, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially with our large party of mostly kids. One area that could use improvement is the noise level outside the room, particularly at night, which made it challenging to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was on the smaller side with limited space to place personal items, and the water took a long time to heat up for a shower. while there were some drawbacks to the Edison Hotel, such as the lack of certain amenities and noise disturbances, the positive aspects like the convenient location and friendly staff helped make the stay more enjoyable.

Location is a game-changer. Just two minutes from the heart of Times Square. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean, offering ample space for our group. Staff were generally helpful. Miscommunication about room availability was frustrating, particularly after a long flight. Breakfast voucher confusion was disappointing, emphasizing a need for clearer customer communication. The lobby felt cramped. Noise from the street could disrupt sleep. While there are worthy aspects, there’s room for improvement. A little more effort in service consistency and facility updates would enhance the experience significantly.

I loved the vibrant atmosphere that surrounded me everywhere! The staff was the friendliest and went out of their way to make my stay amazing, even suggesting local bars. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring nearby entertainment and dining options!

We hit up Explore and skated at the ice rink, then went on an epic tour with On Location Tours to see famous movie spots. It was lit!
Wished there was a cool rooftop bar or lounge in the hotel for some epic pre-party vibes. Cheers to more fun next time!

The central spot near Times Square makes it super easy to stroll around and check out iconic attractions like the Museum of Modern Art just 500 meters away, and the Empire State Building is only a 15-minute walk – I even caught a fantastic walking tour to Rockville Center with a great guide! The bustling atmosphere comes alive at night, with incredible dining options like Blue Fin just around the corner and delicious breakfast choices at nearby cafes. The friendly staff ensured a pleasant stay, though the room could have benefitted from an extra chair for lounging. But overall, the proximity to everything made for an unforgettable experience!

Location is prime, right amidst all the hustle and bustle, close to shops, restaurants, and attractions with easy subway access. The proximity to theaters made catching shows a breeze. Plus, the daily housekeeping was top, notch!
The room layout and amenities weren't as pictured, small bathroom space, uncomfortable AC, and unresponsive staff to some requests. The noise from neighboring guests and lack of room service were disappointing.

Our family had the best time at the nearby urban park with its exciting year, round events and activities. It was a perfect spot for us to relax and enjoy quality time together, creating unforgettable memories.
For dads, it would be great to have more family, friendly entertainment options on, site.

Great location just around the corner from Times Square. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
I arrived at the hotel and my room wasn't ready until 45 minutes after the check-in time. However, the hotel compensated by offering us free breakfast for the inconvenience.

Spent Christmas in the heart of the theater district, just steps away from Broadway shows and Times Square. Loved the convenient location for exploring the city and enjoying the festive atmosphere. The housekeeping staff was fantastic, always ensuring we had everything we needed and providing excellent service. The attached restaurant offered delicious meals and added to the overall experience.
The room didn't match the pictures online, feeling outdated and cramped. The bed was uncomfortable, and the lack of amenities like a fridge and proper bathroom door was disappointing.

Imbibe early and often at The Rum House for happy hour. Convert the Friedmans offers a fantastic selection of gluten-free beers. Ballroom South is so posh for events, I feel like royalty!
Bond 45 restaurant has an amazing talent for magically making money disappear! .

edison times square was a fantastic stay. the accommodating staff, christina and marcus, made us feel right at home. the convenient location, just off of times square, was ideal for exploring the area. the suite was clean and as advertised. the friendly and attentive staff, including the helpful concierge, added a personal touch to our experience. the hotel's close proximity to subway stations made getting around easy.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location is perfect, right off Times Square and close to everything. The staff at the reception and cleaning crew were so friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had great amenities. I loved the complimentary water and the bag storage station. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel had a beautiful lobby. a wonderful experience!
Noise from drilling early in the morning was a bit bothersome.

the location was perfect - just a block away from times square. we loved being close to the theaters. the room was updated and comfy, and the cleaning staff were exceptional. breakfast was great too - $5 for sit-down or free grab and go!
